Mr. Rastegar received his bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems from the University of Houston and his master’s degree in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M University. He’s worked in the construction technology space for 15+ years serving in a variety of leadership roles across Sales, Professional Services, Presales and Customer Success with small businesses, software startups and publicly traded companies.
Before starting Koda Consulting Services LLC, he was most recently the Vice President of Growth for a AI software startup serving the construction industry. That company successfully raised a $20 million Series A and $80 million Series B funding rounds during his tenure. He has seen software startups from early stage growth through Initial Public Offering (IPO) and acquisition.
Mr. Rastegar is passionate about creating customer centric teams and organizations. His fundamental belief is that all boats rise with the tide when genuine value for clients is the focal point.
